Every Step Counts So Step It Up!
- Step One
- Mount your WOW ME! Walking Pedometer on your waistline directly above the center of your knee-cap each day when you wake until you go to sleep for 6-weeks
- Step Two
- Log onto your WOW ME! Account
- Click on the "Account" tab in the upper right-hand corner to access your Personal Info and Stats
- Input your daily step count to track your daily and weekly step progress
- You are on the honor system recording your daily step count
- Your WOW ME! Fit Plaza Account will automatically calculate your total steps and weekly average steps each week
- Step Three
- Each week try to increase the number of your weekly average steps by 500 steps
- Please Note: Consult your physician before engaging in vigorous walking physical activity especially if you suffer from lower extremity injury or pain.
Invest in a high quality-supported shoe that is right for you. Most running shoe store personnel can watch your gait and suggest the appropriate shoe for you!
